We make every effort to display our products accurately; however, colors and textures may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or natural variations in hair.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in pricing or product information.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times are provided for convenience and are estimates only. Muse Hair is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if:

  1. We are unable to fulfill the order, or

  2. A confirmed duplicate order was placed.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Due to hygiene and quality control standards, we do not offer exchanges on hair extensions.

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details (including shipping address and product selection) are correct before completing checkout. Muse Hair is not responsible for errors made by the customer.
